Anthony L. Buzzeo
Early in his career, while working between the Founder and CFO of Atlantic Records, Anthony’s ambitions emerged: assume the roles of both men to pursue commercially-viable musical visions. The years that followed held true to that mandate. He landed diverse creative and managerial music industry roles that included producing records at the legendary Atlantic Studios, defining and launching new products at Sennheiser Electronics and navigating a file-based eCommerce path for world-class mastering studio Sterling Sound. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing at Samma Systems (now Front Porch Digital) branding digitization hardware for New Media, a now inseparable complement of music making. He holds a BA from Berklee College of Music, a Jazz MA from City College (CUNY) and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Anthony is passionate about music and commited to merging art with business.

The company was sold to PUBLICIS. His experience is forged from a lifetime of meeting customers at the “defining moment” – the actual purchase transaction Jim’s experience has given him a deep understanding of the statement people make when they make a purchase.“Every buying decision is like casting a vote in an election and people do not take that decision lightly.” Combining the live market with virtual interaction is his passion.

Katherine Warman Kern
From a traditional mass marketing background at Leo Burnett, Katherine Warman Kern realized early on that the paradigm shift to community networking would be the future of marketing and media. Long before ‘socialnetworks’ had a name Kathy realized that marketing dollars were being wasted using mass media to reach broad demographics like “males 25 to 49”. Realizing (while functioning as a “creative analyst” for a new media pioneer) that the idea of using the internet as a bold way to expand reach was an exercise in futility, she has identified several technologies that excel in enabling existing communities to network. “The landscape has shifted dramatically to lifestyle based targeting. She founded Comradity® to conceive of ways technology can build camaraderie and contribute to better communities. Kathy is zealous in her pursuit of helping like-minded individuals transcend their “me” to a community’s “we”.
